If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have authentic serial# tags still on and be returned in original carrying sleeve. You may re-use original shipment packaging or use your own.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for Returns.
- To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email after we receive and validate your reply.
- Send all items you wish to return back to us using the label provided.
- We will usually respond to your refund, replacement product, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Note that in some cases of cash refund, your credit/bank card provider may further delay redeposit of your funds back into your account by an additional 14 days.
- The Return label we provide you is pre-paid by us. So please use it.
- If your return shipment is lost by the carrier you will still get your refund if you have used our pre-paid return shipping label and it has been scanned at least once (upon pickup) by the shipping carrier.
